Personnel, agréable et service rapide

Endroit très mal isolé, impossible de dormir la nuit tellement il y a du bruit. Le premier soir où nous sommes arrivés, j’ai appelé quatre fois la réception pour qu’ils essaient de calmer mes voisins qui faisaient la fête dans leur chambre, c’était infernal. Ensuite, les repas n’étaient pas très variés, c’était toujours répétitif. Ce qui restait du midi était remis le soir, ce qui était un peu compliqué.

Konaklamam boyunca her şey son derece keyifli ve tatmin ediciydi. Otel hem konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde hem de sunduğu imkanlarla oldukça başarılı. Özellikle temizliği ve personelin misafirperver yaklaşımı dikkatimi çekti. Herkes oldukça nazik ve yardımseverdi, bu da kendimi gerçekten rahat hissetmemi sağladı. Yemekler taze ve çeşitliydi, her öğünde damak zevkine hitap eden alternatifler bulmak mümkündü. Ortam hem huzurlu hem de keyifli vakit geçirmek için ideal. Özellikle su parkı kısmı çok keyifliydi. Kısacası, beklediğimden çok daha güzel bir tatil geçirdim. İçtenlikle tavsiye ederim, tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyorum.

Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Girişte belboy Can bizi çok güler yüzle karşıladı ve resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlarda çok ilgilendi. Otelin yemekleri hem çeşitli hem de çok lezzetliydi. Özellikle kahvaltı envai çeşit. Animasyon ekibi çok enerjik ve eğlenceliydi, hiç sıkılmadan dolu dolu bir tatil geçirdik. Kısacası, her yönüyle harika bir otel — hizmet, yemekler, eğlence hepsi mükemmel! Kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederiz.
