大浴場もあり、ゆっくりお風呂に入れるのは良かった。サウナ室もあり。朝食も品数豊富で良かった。

女性大浴場はセキュリティーのためだと思いますが、フロントに鍵を取りに行かないといけなかったので、少し不便を感じました。

ロケーションがよかった。清潔な感じだった。

連泊だったのだけれど、連泊の場合の部屋の清掃について何も聞かれなかったので何も答えなかった。 清掃していただく必要はなかったと後で気がついた。チェックインの時に聞いて欲しかった。 部屋にコーヒーか紅茶があると嬉しいと思った。

朝食バイキングが美味しくて、ついつい食べ過ぎてしまいます。（しかし、バイキングにもかかわらず、食べ残している人がいたので、ちょっと悲しい気持ちになりました。） 大浴場もいいです。

"また高知へ行くことがあったらリピートします。"

お値段が手頃だったのが決め手で予約しましたが、場所もとさ電や空港からのバス停に近く、何より朝食が最高でした！高知の地のものを豊富に取り入れたバイキング朝食で、ウツボの唐揚げのお茶漬け、高知のソウルドリンクと言われているらしい乳酸菌飲料など、堪能しました。

記憶違いかもしれませんが、禁煙の部屋を希望と書いたつもりだったものの、お部屋は数年前まで喫煙室だったんだろうなぁと思うような匂いが残っていました。耐えられないほどではなく、お部屋の移動もお願いしないままで、次第に気にならなくなりましたが、敏感な方にはツラかったかもしれません。

"お値段が安い割には食事も良かった。"

スタッフも親切でしたし、設備も値段の割に良かったですね。

できれば 高層階の高知城が見えるお部屋でとお願いしましたが それは叶いませんでした。
