Shower was great and the hotel is in a convenient location.

There should be a shelving unit or set of drawers in our room, as we stayed for a week and wanted to unpack our suitcases but ended up having to live out of them instead which was a pain.

Great location!! Bus stop and subway entrance was close, really great if you’re using those as your main transportation. Room: Plenty of space for a hotel in Japan. Really good for two people. And the shower… so relaxing !!

The floor room wasn’t totally clean, nothing crazy, but noticeable.

The only place we've stayed in Japan that has bathroom that doesn't feel like a campervan. Nice interior, glass door, tiles, large mirror. Quiet, offers free bicycles (but only 2 is available for all rooms/guest). Clean room with basic amenities.

Eventhough we indicated we'd arrive at 1-2pm, there was no one at the reception for us to drop our luggage. The phone number provided took awhile before someone picked up and that person doesn't speak english. This was frustrating as we had to wait 30mins but in the end, we had to catch a staff in the building to help as he was cleaning the room - so there was no help from the phone call. Location was decent but still require the bus the get around. Prices on booking.com says includes taxes etc but we had to pay addtional accommodation tax. This should just be added on the total price.
