スタッフの対応が良かった。

清掃が不十分な箇所があった。 荷物預かりが11時以降からのみの対応であった。荷物預かりについて事前に電話で確認していたが、聞いていた内容とやや齟齬があった。

"V celku ok, jen ten úklid"

Dobrá lokace

Bylo napsáno, že při návštěvě delší jak 3 dny bude vyměněné povlečení a uklizeno každý 3. den. Byli jsme na hotelu 11 dní a uklizeno bylo 3x a povlečení vyměněno 0x. Za 3-4 dny bez úklidu se odpadky celkem nahromadí a koš je tu dobu velice malý.

スタッフの方にお会いすることがありませんでしたが、常に清潔にされている様子でした。自宅にいるような安らぎでした。

寒波が来ていたので、部屋がとても寒かったです。窓の多い部屋だったので窓から冷気が・・・。
