Perfect location, just 2 minutes from the metro, and we even had a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel is extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. Check-in and check-out are fully online, which makes everything super easy and smooth. The staff is very kind and thoughtful — they even brought us fresh towels during our stay. We didn’t have time to try the spa, but it looked incredible. Everything was perfect — we would definitely come back!

The property as clean and neat. Location was great, close to a train station and convenience stores.

Lack of staff was a bit strange. Even though we knew it was going to be a small room, we didn’t realise it would be that small!! Simple things like if you cater for 4 people to sleep, supply 4 towel hooks.
