Hotel Überbacher

From the moment we checked in the hotel, Peter, who is the owner and manager handled everything deftly and professionally. He even showed us to our room himself and gave us a short history not only of the hotel that was passed on to him by this father but of the Dolomite region (or sud Tirol) where the hotel was located. We were lucky to have such a hardworking and knowledgeable man serving us and giving us pointers/suggestions. When I asked where to exchange my foreign currency into Euros, he even volunteered to do it himself to save us the trouble. He is an angel!

None. For a family-run establishment, service is topnotch and polite. And the breakfast spread as well as the food at dinner were good, varied and reasonably priced.

Everything. The room (202) was spacious, clean, amazing views with wrap around balcony, absolutely perfect. The food was fabulous, tasty and excellent selection. The hotel is located on top of a mountain. Plenty of parking. Amazing friendly staff.

Maybe a small tea kettle and cups in the room would be nice. But I asked at reception and was given both to use for my stay.

Everything was great! Great location, amazing views, clean and comfy rooms, tasty and healthy food
