Stunning view from the room and the main bar, super nice staff, tasty & affordable dinner, possibility of renting e-bikes from the hotel. I loved that there was a ping pong for free at our disposal as well as indoor and outdoor pool.

Breakfast was too repetitive. E-bikes were missing iphone hanger which made it difficult to follow directions while biking (it costs nothing to add and it would be a MAJOR improvement for customer experience). The village is a bit far from the main attractions (ie you need a car to reach them).

Manager was lovely, the ladies in the restaurant and breakfast were a bit uncomfortable

Great base for exploring the Dolomites in a small picturesque village near the Ortesei hub. They provide an excellent breakfast and free bus pass throughout the area. Staff was friendly and helpful with all my questions. Would love to stay there again.
