"Location is quite far out of the main streets, quiet, clean and very few restaurant’s around"

Quiet location, very comfortable and clean

We only saw 1 staff member the whole time we were here, we needed extra pillows and towel and there was no staff at the property to help us

"Update your website to be truthful, we were so disappointed"

The location was convenient and I wouldn’t have been disappointed in the room if it was correctly advertised- it was not. No pretty view, no Japanese garden out out window. It’s basically a hostel that you share the kitchen which isn’t user friendly and doesn’t really have the features advertised at all.

Falsely advertised. Says every room has a couch. No iron, no garden, no coffee machine. Didn’t clean our room or give us a change of towels. Made us let in strangers into the hostel because they left their key behind. All in all a weird uncomfortable situation.

Absolutely everything was great and we will stay again when we return to Japan Room was so spacious with a gorgeous little garden view TV has Netflix, YouTube ect bathroom was gorgeous

The close proximity to a supermarket, convenient store and bus stops. It also was 1km walk from a JR station. There was kitchen amenities available including a kettle in the room.

The accommodation lists having washing facilities however there was no way to dry our clothes after washing them as the function didn't work on the machine. As a result, we had to take our wet clothes to a nearby laundromat to rewash and dry them.
