Eine Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert

The pools and the location

The outdated room and the breakfast selection was horrible.

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal da. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen ist wirklich jedem Tag sehr hohes Niveau. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Gemütliche Barbereich im dem Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Rund um ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Hotel ist auch hundefreundlich.

Das Zimmer hatte keine Türe am Bad, Dusche könnte man vom Bett aus sehen.

Einfach alles war perfekt! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen war hervorragend, und das Hotel selbst war wunderschön. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und einladend – es hat einfach alles gestimmt.

Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen – alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

The resort Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is very good with many slops and lifts. Prices everywhere are good, parking is available close to the lift.

Wonderful, traditional style , yet modern, very comfortable hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Pools and saunas were fabulous (loved outdoor sky infinity pool). Easy parking, good location for ski lifts.

Guests seemed to reserve loungers with towels, even though they were no where in sight. First day in sky sauna relax room-every bed taken although it was empty (assume all in sauna). Next day at indoor pool, all loungers reserved, although pool was empty!! Just be prepared to pay out a lot extra on drinks/tips. Bar/service staff very attentive, but some male staff in particular are quite pushy salesmen. The lady would enj a cocktail! A schnapps with your coffee? Etc. Every time you order even a water, you can have to confirm the amount on their machine and type in a tip. Having previously been to an Austrian hotel where water during evening meal and soft drinks during the afternoon snack were included, I was a little surprised, but expect times have changed!!

All was nice and relaxing, the stuff was very friendly and open. The Food is excellent - Dinner and breakfast. The Spa and pools are new and the rooftop pool has nice view.
