"Not affordable & upset"

The main door, need card access to enter the hotel. No staff at 10pm till the morning. My family & I need to wait people press the button inside the building. Also the bed so dirty, there is ‘taik cicak’ on the bed sheet. For me it’s not affordable for stay here with the price. Plus the worst thing is we need to fight the car park with others (residents & hotel guests).

"Facilities improvements"

Location

Poor maintenance. The toilet exhaust is not working. Worst tv channel. Batroom grouting cleaning not done. Receptionist must learn how to greet the guest each time when the guest enter. Perhaps they are to shy or lacking of traning from the management.
