The beds where comfortable

There was bugs all over the wall in my daughters 1 bed room which caused her bad anxiety as she is autistic her door to the balcony was also loose when opening to go out

The hotel had problems I was sent to another hotel

Friendly reception; good location has a very nice garden nearby; nice room

A guy near the reception kept looking suspiciously, I don't know if it was security. Towel didn't dry completely overnight and they didn't change it. I was too lazy to go after it. The soap they give is so small and cheap that they must be saving money absurdly. Some things could be cleaner in the room as ventilator, heater, Shower curtain (smells bad)

The shower attachment was broken so we had to hold the shower head to use it. The attached Italian restaurant was overpriced and my meal was below par. Apparently you can't drink the local tap water because of the calcium content; just an excuse to sell us ridiculously overpriced bottled water.

Decently priced, and whilst the rooms do look slightly dated, they had all of the main facilities at a decent standard needed for staying for a few days. The area around the hotel is a pretty peaceful neighbourhood and is located about a 10 minute walk away from Römisches Theater station where you can easily get to Frankfurt by train which worked for my stay.

Main downside during my stay was that due to a problem at the hotel they were unable to provide breakfast which meant I needed to go to the shop nearby to eat, I assume this was a temporary issue but it would have been helpful to know about this before checking in. There was also a slight musty smell in the bedroom, but as previously mentioned for the price it did the job.

Great value for money, lovely and helpful staff. Nice bakery nearby and short walk to trains
