Hotel Al Parco

We recently stayed at Hotel Al Parco and were impressed. The hotel boasts an excellent location with stunning views over the Fassa Valley. The facilities, including a clean and well-maintained spa with breathtaking mountain views, were top-notch. Dining was a highlight, with great breakfasts and dinners featuring well-prepared, flavorful Trentino dishes. The staff provided outstanding service, particularly during breakfast, where our preferences were remembered and catered to without prompting. Additionally, the reception team was exceptionally accommodating, securing us a table at the fully booked restaurant on short notice. The hotel’s overall cleanliness added to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. We highly recommend Hotel Al Parco for anyone seeking a stylish and comfortable stay in the Fassa Valley.

While our stay at Hotel Al Parco was enjoyable, there were a few minor issues. The bathroom fan was noisy, and the pool hours from 9 AM to 7 PM limited early morning swims. The spa reception was often unattended, and despite signs, children frequently dived into the pool, which could be disruptive for those seeking relaxation. Overall, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise pleasant experience, and they didn't overshadow the many positives of our stay.

95% of hotel occupied by German tour group … they took over the restaurant with announcements and photo-taking, so we kept our meals quick! Reception barely knew English, which was the exception during our 2-week trip staying at multiple hotels.
