Motel 6 Omaha - IAT West

Good bed. lots of power outlets

WIFI would not work for my computer, did work for phone and tablet. Doors well beat up.

Rooms are exactly as shown in the photos—comfortable, clean, and pleasant. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. 15 min drive from the Omaha centre. There are a few restaurants and a Walmart within close driving distance.

The air conditioning unit was a bit older, but it worked well. There was some minor noise from the nearby highway. The bathroom seemed slightly worn in my opinion, but it was still good.

When we I got to the room, it only had one pillow and smelt of cigarettes.Fire alarm was covered with plastic when the front desk was notified they weren't suprised! The room was disabled access with a walk in shower according to the description online. Unfortunately That wasn't the case. Even after all that we weren't even offered a clean room. Unforgivable I will never be back!

I liked it to give me half my money back after I told them we had roaches and I showed them live roaches that were in my bathroom

I didn't like to staff knows they have roaches and still are renting rooms out I didn't like when I want to go tell the staff about the roaches they were in the dining area drinking beer

Very unfriendly staff had to show my booking confirmation number from booking.com to get my room if it was earlier I would have left and gotten to another room somewhere else

The flooring, mirror, water pressure

The bed side stand wasn't attached to the wall when we entered the room. Water leaked around the tub even with the curtain closed. But the biggest thing was construction off and on throughout the night. Oh yeah the Motel 6 sign wasn't on except the price. Not well lit in most places. A lot of people outside for the hour of night. A sheriff cruiser showed up. The key card didn't work to the room after the first use... lucky someone was inside. No working wi-fi. It would not connect.
