Motel 6 Omaha - IAT West

Modernized rooms. The staff was Great. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again. Hopefully the flooring will be done next time.

hands down the worst experience i have ever had in my life , i hope someone from the government might pay a visit and see for themselves that it is not safe for human beings to be lodged in this kind of conditions

Everything was adequate except I wish there was a grab bar in the shower. I would feel safer

The Staff does a good job and won't ignore you if you complain about a party in a room late at night.

The mattress was comfortable. The coffee downstairs was good.

I asked for a handicap accessible room for my mom, I called weeks in advance to remind them I was told that is where they had her call the day of and was told they don't have handicap accessible rooms. The bed was so my mom had a hard time getting up on the bed. The motel smelled like cat urine. People were smoking in the motel or standing just outside the door, so you had to walk into the smoke to enter or exit the building. We had no wash clothes or hand towels in the room. No room service the whole time we were there they didn't check to see if we needed fresh towels trash dumped. Rooms were cold. Bathrooms were cold. Gaps in the door. The washer had bugs crawling on it. No microwave in the rooms or fridges. There was dirt on the floor when we got to the room. I had 2 rooms and they were not side by side they were 8 rooms apart. I will not be staying at this facility again. It was difficult to talk to someone at the desk, they were either too busy on their phone or sleeping. I did find out they did have a handicap accessible room but they couldn't tell me if the bed would be easier to get up on. They offered to move my mother however it would have put her on the first floor and myself still on the second floor so I would have more running to do to help her with her medicine, or any other help she needed.

Poor location for food in walking distance. Thermostat did not work on room unit

Updates being done were nice overall stay was fine but one party in my group left phone behind and we’re assuming cleaning lady stole the phone case off his phone

People stealing property that doesn’t belong to them and then lying about it. Phone cases do not just fall off a phone just FYI so next time use a better cover story. Because your cleaning crew or front desk people stole a phone case from one of my party in my group
