Close to the airport.

Sneaky owner not following regulations of MoC. Insisted that I pay full in cash, which can only be interpreted as tax evasion given that ALL commercial properties must have Mada and an official bank account registered for the entity. He also asked me to transfer the amount to his PERSONAL ACCOUNT. I felt really uncomfortable and informed him immediately that this is highly unethical/illegal. He then denied having such discussion and agreement with me when I refused to pay the tax amount. However, he threatened to take the tax amount from the receptionist's own salary!!!! Very unethical and unpleasant business owner. I highly DO NOT recommend this place if you don't be involved in what can potentially be an illegal activity.
