Établissement très bien , très beau , très propre , personnel hyper gentille

Prachtige locatie, vlak bij de hoofdweg en toch rustig. Heel ruim, gezellige gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, , prachtige ingerichte kamers en goede bedden. Het eten was overheerlijk (beste Kothu die we al aten), zowel diner als ontbijt. De kookles met Suzy was heel interessant en lekker. Huiselijke sfeer en warme hosts. Aanrader

Tout. suzy et son mari sont accueillants, bien veillants , professionnels et pleins de bons conseils. A quelques minutes du brouhaha de Kandi, ils nous accueillent dans un écrin de nature dans leur demeure familiale décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Plein d authenticité, et de cachet ce lieu est une véritable pépite. Pour couronner le tout Suzy est une cuisinière hors pair. Merci a eux.

Staying at Suzy and B’s homestay was an absolute delight. They are an amazing couple who have created a truly special place. The pavilion is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and decorated with incredible taste—every detail feels intentional and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the house felt very familial, giving us a genuine “like at home” feeling. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily come back anytime. 🌿

Wow, Suzy and Bhathiya's home was a mix of elegance, history and culture amongst the beautiful Kandyan trees. I truly felt at home here. I am very glad we saved our best stay for last. I don't even know where to start on the cooking!!! Best food in Sri Lanka. I didn't want to leave the manor to go anywhere. Perfection from start to finish. Very grateful for this experience and I cant wait to come back. Big cuddles to the manor puppies Kelly and Pepper too!

Absolutely nothing

La casa es espectacular, con muchos rincones bonitos. Lugar muy relajante, encantador y especial. Las vistas desde el lugar de desayuno son una pasada, el desayuno muy rico. Suzy y su marido son muy amables y facilitan la estancia. Un lugar de ensueño donde tranquilamente se puede estar 3 o 4 noches.

Una lástima que no pudimos disfrutar de las artes culinarias de Suzy.

Śniadanie mogłoby być bardziej różnorodne.

Bhatiya and Suzy are a very warm and welcoming couple and give you an excellent service on board. The manor house is an experience of its own located adjacent to a tropical rainforest. The green in their antique and rustic house along with their loving dogs and the relaxing nature sounds from the mountains and the forest with it's wild life make you feel in a refuge. I have been to many UK manor houses but this one will tell you a story as you walk its rooms, and the hosts represent the wonderful culture of Srilanka themselves with the delicious culinary items prepared by Suzy at request, along with the special New Years dinner served with home made wines. Not to forget a must do is a dip in their courtyard swimming pool which is most refreshing after a hot day! We would have love staying here longer, time permitting as the setting is a complete experience of its own and leaves you feeling loved, welcomed and totally at peace.
