The room is quite spacious and all the facilities are working fine. Its quite close to klang train station.

Check in process was not smooth, somehow they dont have my booking number and i have to keep waiting. Oh ya its a stairs hotel. Not fond of this.

Hotel was close to the KTM Trains Station n staffs was so so friendly n helpful. l need to buy a charger for phone. she walk me to the store n wanted to wait for me just in case l can't find my way back. so thoughtful n sweet.
