good location. good breakfasts ,helpful staff

Firstly they still have some candelescent lights including one in my room so an automatic plus 2 points. The reception very friendly. The room comfortable and I liked the retro hardwood feel. I live the fact the hotel has character. Nice chap at breakfast and the breakfast was very good.I did enjoy everything very much of the stay as it exceeded expectations

first night parking was not possible as lots of vans were in car park. but on street parking is just next door. LED lights creeping into the dining room which made the lighting atmosphere of the breakfast unpleasant. please try to keep the old fashioned light bulbs running. you can buy them second hand always on eBay!

The owner is very kind and made us a good breakfast. The hotel is simple but hygienic and there is everything you need.

The owners were very nice. My mom forgot her jewels and the owner tried to contact us to send the items to us.

The accommodation is simple, and the rooms are a bit outdated but very well-heated. The water is consistently hot, which was a great comfort. What truly makes this stay exceptional is Mr. David, an incredibly kind, friendly, and generous host. I am deeply grateful for all the care and attention he and the hotel staff provided during my stay. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience!

Very clean and welcoming hotel. Quiet place so we rested very well. The bathroom was very clean and the shower facility was amazing: really nice hot water with strong pressure of the water. The coffee was excellent from the coffee machine. Definitely coming back if we stay in Dusseldorf.
