Haveli Uma Megh Tourist Guest House

Siamo arrivate per soggiornare due notti, alla fine siamo rimaste una settimana intera. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, accogliente, e ci ha aiutato ad organizzare tutte le attività, come il safari. Ottima la posizione con vista lago e giardino, così come il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The accommodation is beautifully situated by the lake...the garden is an oasis in the city. However, the garden could be improved; a few more seating options would be nice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The room was very reasonably priced. Don't expect too much in terms of comfort; it's very basic.

Value for money beautiful location next to lake , property have a very nice garden next to lake. Highly recommended

Il proprietario veramente gentile e accogliente ma senza essere invadente, cosa che ho apprezzato molto! Ho anche fatto un tour ai villaggi vicini e alla cascata in moto con il proprietario della struttura, è stato molto piacevole ed economico Il ristorante dell'hotel ha una vista spettacolare sul lago!

La camera era bella ma non tenuta bene, basterebbe qualche accorgimento per renderla più confortevole ... Ho solo fatto colazione nella struttura e non era eccezionale anche se la vista meritava assolutamente!

The guest house was nice, location is perfect near the lake.

But the people working there have not been nice at all with us. First, in case of issue, no way to contact and connect with them. Then. They didn’t cooperate at all for sending us back our passports that the owner has kept, not even apologised for keeping them is spite of the fact that he was there while we were leaving, told us good bye. It was our mistake too, but he had also forgotten and didn’t care about it. We were just tourists… fake smile there !!!

We liked the staff who were welcoming and helpful. we liked the location as it is close to the small lake for a quiet time. We like the outdoor restaurant which serves good food at a good price.

Regarding the room, in the pictures on booking the Haveli seemed to be better maintained. The bathroom would need a serious makeover and cleaning. We had a clean big bedsheet but the pillowcase and blanket cover were not neat.

It is a little Paradise in front of the lake and behind the Palace of Bundi and the fort. For me it was exceptional and it felt like my 2nd home. All where so friendly and I was feeling like being in the 19th century. Out of my room from the bed I could see the lake and I just loved the wonderful haveli and having breakfast in front of the lake. A little daydream....Thanks fora ll and your wonderful friendlyness!!!

Great cozy stay near main fort and quiet lake view room. Facilities are older but it does feel homely and a little haven away from the streets once you’re inside.

Hot water was there for a morning but not there later in the day. But it was hot enough that a cold shower was okay.
