This hotel is absolutely perfect. It's an apartment hotel with huge rooms that have everything you need and a reception that helps you with everything you need. Best of both worlds. The location is amazing, a few minutes from Karsuma oike station, you take the subway and by 5 minutes you're in Kyoto station! It's so convenient. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood yet has so many charming cafes and conbini stores, very close to teramachi. The rooms are so nice, comfortable, clean and you have a balcony! It was so nice to look at kyoto in the morning and evening from the balcony, so peaceful. The bathtub is huge! And works automatically by pressing a few buttons. It plays music when it's ready, so cute! The amenities were so good, and the body wash smelled amazing! I looked forward to using it in the morning and evening. The staff is so friendly, helpful and kind. They always help with a smile. One day, it was rainy, and all the umbrellas were taken, yet the staff gave me an umbrella. They went somewhere and brought it, especially for me. I had a weird plan of changing rooms and going away for one day, and each time, the staff looked after my luggage and put it in the room before my check-in, which was so convenient. I ordered a package to this hotel, the staff received it for me and put it in the room so it waited there for me when I checked in. Amazing service! This was the best hotel I stayed in, I already recommended you to everyone I know, and I will definitely return in the next trip I'm already planning. You guys need to have 5 stars, it was the best experience I got so far. Thank you so much for all the help!
