Second time staying here! Great location across the street from train station. I was worried it would be loud but didn't hear them at all. Walking distance to rynek/city centre. Breakfast is great ! Had other family members. stay here and they enjoyed it as well !

The beds creaked when turning on the mattress . Only had this happen with recent stay.

We stayed for a week for a sporting event, and this hotel was easily one of the best in Kutno. The rooms are exactly as described on the website. They are fairly basic and we certainly missed air conditioning, but we were lucky enough to have a balcony to allow some air flow through the room. They are also very clean and were serviced every day. Breakfast in the morning is very good and the staff were very accommodating. The secret ingredient at this hotel though is the staff. The owner was super helpful and gave us recommendations on places to visit and what foods to try while we visited, and the staff indulged us every day with our pretty sad attempt to learn Polish while we were there! They gave recommendations to other local establishments and were always quick to offer help when needed. The train station is directly opposite the hotel but there was really no noise that bothered us during our stay. I would highly recommend the hotel and its amazing staff if you are ever in the Kutno area.
