Panorama SPETTACOLARE

Mi aspettavo una maggiore cura dei dettagli e qualche servizio LUXURY in più ma si può sempre migliorare!

Posizione, a strapiombo sul mare. Panorama sulle Eolie e la Sicilia. Vegetazione. Cortesia di tutto lo staff, dall’accoglienza ai servizi in sala.

Assenza di ascensore per accedere ai piani delle camere (con conseguente difficoltà per il trasporto dei bagagli).

Posizione senza pari, vista delle Eolie e dello stretto. Ottimo ristorante con terrazza vista mare.Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata.

Camere abbastanza grandi con annesso balcone con tavolo e sedie che tuttavia presentano alcune mancanze ( letto cigolante, parti rotte ecc.). Per chi ha problemi motori c'è da fare tante scale. Alcune stanze non si raggiungono con un ascensore.

That said, the stairs were a bit challenging — although I did spot they had a lift, which was good to know. Given the property’s stunning location on the mountain, some effort getting around is to be expected, and the reward is absolutely worth it. The view from the balcony was a highlight: peaceful and uniquely positioned to catch a sunset you wouldn’t see anywhere else. Bellissima la piscina vista mare e accessibile a qualsiasi orario. Ottima la colazione sia per i cornetti e sia per la frutta fresca tagliata sul momento vista mare.

Scarsa pulizia di camera e piscina. Al ristorante c’era una sola cameriera che si occupava di tutto e la gestione di tutti gli ospiti era evidentemente eccessiva. Consiglio di migliorare la pulizia, aumentare lo staff

Excellent breakfast on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Truly a wonderful way to start each day.

Storage for clothing could have been more.
