"Shit and awful"

Nothing

Staffs attitude stunk charged £30 for a curtain pole that was already broke when we got there and blamed us for it. Said “number 9” complained about banging yet didn’t tell us till we were about to leave overall was an awful stay and would not return.

It was basic but it was cheap. I asked for a taxi to be booked as we had tickets to a football game, was told that I had to download an app and do it that way, the taxi (which obviously wasn’t the hotel staffs fault) was 30 mins late….i got the feeling of being a little brushed off by the staff but I don’t know if that’s just how taxis operate in Leeds.

Hotel clean and well decorated and in an excellent location for Leeds Centre

Not enough coffee ,milk on tray in room The hotel door was locked I had to to get access code
