Hotel Puint

The staff at Hotel Puint, were very friendly, helpful and attentive and the hotel itself was in a good location with views over the mountains and of the castle on the hill and town. There was a bus stop outside the hotel that took you to the lift or you could easily walk as it wasn't very far and the hotel gave us a locker for our skis and boots. The food was lovely, the breakfast was very varied, there was a selection of different cakes when you returned from the slopes and the evening meal was superb, with four courses every evening and a number of dishes to choose from for each course and there was also a very well stocked salad bar available daily. Thanks to everyone at Hotel Puint, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great relaxing holiday!

The pillows could have been better and the duvets were a little heavy but that was all!

The owner of this family-ran hotel and his people were just what you'd like to expect: approachable, friendly and efficient. The ambience was a mix of the traditional and the modern, but all in light-coloured wood. The room was spacious and had a balcony. You must try their distinctive local beer on tap (I was even offered a pint on the house - Thank you!) and the superb local cheeses for breakfast. I would definitely come back.

Absolutely nothing!

Great breakfast and dinner, excellent hospitality, room was nice. Decent access to the pistes, although most days it was easier to take the car to Ladis

A bit far from the resort.

Food: Food during breakfast and dinner was top notch. Excellent variety including meat, fish and vegetarian options a la cart during dinner and a salad bar. Selection of cheeses was excellent. Cakes in the afternoon were tasty and a nice touch. The staff was very attentive. Room: large enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys with large balcony overlooking the mountains. Spa area: The spa area was very impressive with steam room and two saunas and three floors dedicated to relaxation. The hotel was fully booked and it did not feel crowded even at peak time. Location: about 8-10 minutes walk to the lift, we kept the skis and boots at the rental shop by the lift free of charge so the walk was not a big deal. Overall stay was very enjoyable and the staff and owners work very hard to keep their guests happy.

Very nice staff, breakfast and dinner were perfect

All very good, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, excellent quality and quantity of dinner (half board). Good, frequent and easy transport in front of hotel to the ski lift with very kind and accommodating driver. Restaurant personnel very good and friendly and in between them plenty of language skills to communicate with everybody. Reception struggles a bit with English but other personnel willing to help. Ski pass can be bought in hotel which is a nice time saver. Overall excellent experience and will return. Spa facilities not used.
