Lorenzo Hotel

The beds creak very loudly and breakfast is always the same. Otherwise everything was fine and met expectations.

Location - several beaches within walking distance. Lots of places to eat and shop close by. Lovely pool area and pool bar. Friendly staff. Room size was great, very clean and lovely balcony with sea view.

Air conditioning wasn’t included in the room rate.

The cleanliness of the hotel and grounds were exceptional. Lovely staff and the pool area was brilliant. Best location, close to the beaches and 1 minute walk to shops restraunts and bars.

The towels were the best part about this place. They were lovely and lush and clean.

Breakfast was very ordinary and cold simple boring stuff. Very basic and same every day which is okay if nice. Paid for sea view but bushes really In the way. Requires a lot of maintenance. Shower is so tiny. We were there for several days and the one time they replaced the towels and sheets, they could not even put them.on the bed. We needed to make it up ourselves with the new sheets. No biggie, but for the money not a lot of service given. We had asked for double bed but got twin. Again not a huge deal. We also had to go ask for shower gel as they didnt give it out. Don't get caught out on this as you look sideways you have to pay at this hotel! They charge you to use the safe and the aircon is not included, you have to pay 14 aud a day and it is needed. Thats from me who loves the heat as there is no window to open as such or a fan, so it is necessary.

Excellent location, and extremely well run family hotel. Snack bar offers a good variety of bar food, very reasonably priced. Staff are great & very helpful. Pool and outside sunbed area clean & well maintained.

Nothing to dislike. Shower little on small size, but not an issue.

Only one thing and that’s the noise from other guests morning / night along the corridors but I have been twice and this didn’t happen before . So it could be a one off.
