Halfway House Hotel

We were all very pleased with our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. The hotel was quiet and comfortable; homey. The breakfast was excellent. The view out front was picturesque. The parking was convenient. Maybe a strange thing to note, but the towels and bedding were fresh and neutral instead of chemically-scented ... a real bonus for me. I also loved that they were line-dried.

Nothing comes to mind except a personal preference: I prefer using a washcloth when I bathe. I learned that the norm for EVERYWHERE we stayed in the U.K. and Ireland was to not have washcloths ... I will bring my own next time. :) :) :)

Lovely friendly staff, excellent food and lovely spotlessly clean bedrooms.

WiFi wasn’t great in the bedrooms but fine in the bar and restaurant.

Super comfy beds, great location, exceptional food in the hotel restaurant, spacious bathroom.

The room was comfortable and set out nicely.

Very clean, comfortable beds,staff very friendly,even drove us to another hotel that we were attending a wedding, would definitely stay here again

Beautiful sea view from the bedroom. The food in the restaurant was nice and good value for money .

No curtains in the sea view room to keep light out in the early light mornings.
