Staff were lovely so helpful and happy pub it's self I love so all round happy room was a little small but ok for one night

Was very all and the bline was missing so you could see into the shower from our side we just put a towel up

I love the theming and how it’s designed, absolutely gorgeous inside and the bathrooms are stunning

I was in room 1 and there must have been like a fuse box or something behind the bed because there was a little door (didn’t open of course) but i could see some small lights behind it and it was constantly beeping, and i was woken up at 4:30am with it beeping very loudly for an unknown reason which wasn’t ideal. being right next to the train station isn’t too great either but it was convenient for me at the time so i can’t fault the property for that. there was also a lack of hair dryer in my room, and reception being closed until checkout was not very helpful when needing to call asking for one so i had to go without.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

There is not enough signage in the hotel to guide people to their rooms. For example, the door of my room (and of the room opposite) had nothing on it to say which room it was. So I had several people try their key in my door, after 10pm and up to 1am. They were apologetic when I said, loudly, "This is not your room", and went away. The windows do not do enough to prevent street noise and reflected music from the venue downstairs. This is a noisy location. The earplugs which the hotel provided as part of the bathroom setup did not really help - I appreciate the gesture but those in-ear ones irritate my ears.

Liked the set up and style of rooms, cool and new. The shower is a vibe.

Unaware its directly above a nightclub, so the music and vibrations keep you up all night. Train track is next to window. Bottle bins to right and crashing at silly o'clock in morning when bars close. No lift, so had to lug all cases up several sets of stairs. No tea/coffee in room, its in lobby but there was no milk and hidden away. No privacy either, got woken up by the guy upstairs "nutting" as all noises can be heard. Oh and no parking meant a £37 price tag at a car park.
