Location

The Stairs. My problem not the properties. Can’t sit on the loo properly because the basin is too close and in the way. The shower screen needs attention as doesn’t close properly and opens by itself

The decor, the amenities, and the location were all fantastic!

It didn't bother me as I'm a heavy sleeper but as it's above a bar, some people may find the noise disturbing.

It was so unbearably loud, no air con, you can hear every step taken in the hotel dispite the fact you may as well sleep on the dancefloor of the club its so loud. All the staff were not helpful during the check in process. The check in process was deeply unhelpful. The wifi doesn’t work.

Room was spacious, modern and clean - I had a room with 2 double beds for some reason.

The noise from the club next door and the train tracks was quite unbearable. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked this as I needed sleep after a 5 hour drive from Southampton for a work meeting in the morning, but was kept up until 2am and then awoken at 5-6am by the trains.
