"Uncomfortable, no hot water, not recommended."

There is no hot water in the shower. It is lukewarm at best. The rooms are cold at night, and small. The wifi was not working. After a whole day of traveling, I just wanted a comfortable place to warm up and rest. The 'confort' part in the hotel name is definitely missing. I brought this to the attention of staff and after running the water in the shower for 20 minutes ( huge water waste) it got a few degrees warmer but not much. I requested a refund because the basic services were not offered, and they refused to refund in full. Staff was nice to deal with but didn't really offer a solution. They mentioned in the mornings water is warmer. It was not. Will never stay again and I do not recommend.
