Location, staff, clean, in the center

No kettle at hotel after 20:00. I was needed warm water to drink.

Absolutely outstanding!!! The front desk staff were incredible! They helped me translate something from English to Ukrainian so a friend of mine could read it, they helped with taxis and no ask was was too big for them. Thank you to an exceptional staff. Housekeeping also deserves a shout out, thank you!! I will stay here again during my next visit to beautiful Odesa. Thank you to everyone!!
