We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were simple but comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The property is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, just a few meters from the riverbank and about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town, making it a great base for exploring the city while enjoying a quieter setting. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and the availability of on-site parking was very convenient. Please note that breakfast is not offered, but there are dining options nearby. Overall, a comfortable and good-value stay in a lovely location.

Absolut nichts. Aber unterhaltsam sind die Antworten des Hotels auf schlechte Bewertungen, das ist wirklich einzigartig.

4-Sterne-Hotel? Niemals. Nach europäischen Standards ein 2-Sterne Gasthaus, mehr nicht. Und eine "Villa" ist das auch nicht, sondern einfach nur ein ziemlich unschönes mehrstöckiges Gebäude. Mein gebuchtes "Seeblick"-Zimmer bot einen Blick auf eine Hauswand. Die Altstadt ist etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das "Hotel" hat ungefähr 20 Zimmer und spricht von Parkplätzen, die verfügbar sind. Es gibt aber nur zwei Parkplätze direkt am Gebäude, die anderen Parkplätze sind einen halben Kilometer entfernt auf einer obskuren Schotterfläche. Viel Spaß beim Schleppen der Koffer! Es fehlt eigentlich alles, was man von einem Hotel erwarten würde: kein Frühstück, kein Restaurant, keine Bar, kein Getränkeautomat, kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, keine gefüllte Minibar, kein kostenloses Wasser, kein Safe im Zimmer - es ist ein Gasthaus, sonst nichts. Das WLAN war kaum nutzbar, der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, weil das Kabel gebrochen war, und ab Mai gibt es keine Heizung mehr (obwohl die Nächte am Ohridsee selbst im Juni noch kühl sein können!) Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Lärm aus anderen Zimmern und von Bauarbeiten stören. Die Vorhänge verdunkeln das Zimmer nicht, es ist auch nachts hell. Die Matratze ist extrem billig und war so weich, dass ich nach zwei Nächten Rückenschmerzen hatte. Auch das Sicherheitskonzept wirft Fragen auf. Die Rezeption war abends nicht besetzt, gleichzeitig blieb die Eingangstür nach meiner Beobachtung offen und unverschlossen. Also konnte jeder in das "Hotel" reinlaufen. Bei Sauberkeit und Komfort gab es ebenfalls Mängel: tote Fliegen im Bad, Schamhaare anderer Menschen im Bad, sehr raue Handtücher (Weichspüler sind offenbar unbekannt), kein Abfalleimer im Zimmer, eine offene Rohröffnung im Badezimmer, aus der ein unangenehmer Geruch kam. Absolut lesenswert sind auch die „General Rules“, die im Zimmer ausliegen. Eine Seite voll mit belehrenden, misstrauischen und absolut unfreundlichen Belehrungen.

Central location. Extremely clean. Lots of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Beautiful views of the lake and walking distance to lake and parks.

The room was spotlessly clean! An excellent hotel! This was our second stay here, and once again we were absolutely delighted. The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Everything is organized perfectly, and the level of service is outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel!

La receptionist è stata tutto tranne che ospitale, probabilmente figlia o parente del proprietario perché altrimenti è inspiegabile. Accoglienza ridicola con polemiche riguardo ad una richiesta di fatturazione. Insetti nel bagno e l'ultimo giorno ci è stato negato rimanere in piscina dopo il check out con giustificazione che potevano usarla solo i clienti, nei 3 giorni trascorsi in piscina non c'era mai nessuno. Se passate da Ocrida evitate questo hotel se la gestione rimane questa.
