Breakfast was nice.

The place is run by a family who know nothing about hosting. The wife at the reception is kind and tries her best, but other than that, no one cares. Breakfast was nice but they charged me when I asked for water, I thought water is usually part of breakfast, isn't it? There was no wifi in my room, when I told them they laughed at me and told me that I should buy a good phone because my phone is bad since it can't get the signal. Later, they explained that they have one modem in the middle and they can't do anything about my situation. No solution or compensation were offered. I contacted booking.com and they told me to write a review about it 😂

Resort location is super convinient and located at the bottom of mountain inside of forest. We were staying in one of the cottages, and we arrived at very hot day (37 C). Despite outside heat first floor of our coattage was supper cool. Cottage was super clean, and stuff was supper friendly, making sure that you feel comfortable during the stay. They have trails that you can use during morning and evening for hike.

Everything… I repeat everything was GREAT in this hotel. The only thing I wish they have signs around trail.

Staffs were friendly. Location was good

Staff were not there when we arrived at the hotel. No one speak English so you have to be ready for that. Secondly no proper restaurant at the hotel.

The place is clean and people working there are very kind and friendly!

Sauna for 30manat is too expensive! Doesn’t matter if you take 10minutes or 1hour..
