the Staff very very friendly, and exceptionally helpful, one staff member went above and beyond for us assisting with transport to the train station, when none could be found.

Nothing! The staff hung up the phone and were rude when we asked for directions. They didn’t ask for our ID, not given a wifi code. After 2.5 months of travelling in Europe this has been the worst accommodation we have encountered!

No writing desk, nowhere to put luggage except in the floor. Steep stairs up to the rooms. Should be a lift! Beds were uncomfortable!

Only parking was good thing.

Many mosquitos was in room, parking for trucks was next to hotel, it was so loudly, we couldn't sleep because thermokings worked whole night. It was very hot also, they haven't any air condition or ventilation. Room was very dirty. On walls are many dead mosquitos. Room look like in horror movie. Breakfast wasn't enough for one person. I must go for coffee additionally. I don't recommend for anyone.

The suite is clean and big, the available facilities were satisfactory

The noise of heavy vehicles (trucks) around the room was annoying from four in the morning. In fact, this suite is for truck drivers who come and go in faraway places. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel to eat and spend the night and rest,
