FabHotel Naman Palace

I didn't get the opportunity to even like anything.

I was confirmed a booking from Fab Hotels. When I reached there in the evening of 30th Sept '23, the representative told us that there was no rooms available. My family with my Senior Citizen Parents were made to wait for long. I had to walk around and looking for other hotel options. The staff didn't even apologize or even did not show any concerns about this fiasco. The staff rather blamed the pathetic system of Fabhotels. Well please note that I had even paid an advance against the booking. What a joke. Well now i am convinced that I will never ever consider Fab hotels for my next travels. Good luck to the Fabhotels team. I am sure that with this kind of dodgy system in place your business is going to shut down very soon. Yes before shutting down at least return my advance payment.

No hous keeping facilities.

Easily identifiable location. Room was so so. It is not so good nor bad.

Staff didn't provide food as they told me that restaurant is closed there. They told me to order food online.
