The Old Kings Head

Great big wet room for wheelchair users and ambulant users. Great food. Great that it was individual entry to rooms from outside. Could park outside room.

Only concern that for full time wheelchair user that the space in room may be a little tight. We did have the room set up as a twin and there would be more space if it was set up as a double/king. Also insects/silver bugs in wet room noted on an evening from drains.

Good food excellent chef Sam. Really delicious flavours and presentation. Room small but good for the cost. All you need and parking outside the room in private car park.

Lots of original features and very comfortable rooms with lots of great facilities.

The staff were wonderful and the location excellent.

Attic room was boiling! 2 of the hottest days of the year and only a fan to cool the room because listed building status meant fitting air conditioning wasn't allowed. Steep staircase and low head height might be challenging for people with mobility issues.

Very nice authentic venue.

Towel radiator in the bathroom was on full blast and the dial to turn down doesn't work. Was very hot on this heatwave weekend
