Hotel was closed - no reception / despite several calls no one answered. we had to look for other hotel. After checking day after they kept telling us they didn't receive a call.... maybe wrong nr on booking ref; however our collaborator could show us every outgoing call to the hotel on his phone; Person was quite unfriendly. no way to get a refund - anything but commercial. we therefor cancelled our stay week after
