"Pathetic"

The staffs were trying to do their best.

Very pathetic property. Firstly, they don’t have any name board, because that’s a residential area. The condition of the property is very bad. I really felt if they have bought ACs, chair, bathroom tap and everything from kabara, where people throw away everything. Trust me the condition is that bad. The AC wasn’t working properly. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned. I asked them to change the bed sheets as it was full of stains. I couldn’t sleep entire night because my entire body was itching because of the unhygienic bedsheet and blankets. I felt extremely off as soon as I entered. After checking the room I was still unsure but then I had to chose it because I was too exhausted and just wanted to crash. Regretted that decision every minute in the night.

Had an amazing stay at this budget hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The location was ideal for exploring the city’s sights and shopping areas. The hotel provided everything I needed at a great price. Excellent value for money!"
