my booking was cancelled when I reached the hotel when I had paid the advance. the guy in the reception was rude when I asked how can he do that. i am a female traveling alone and I had reached the hotel at 9pm. the guy asked me to talk to booking.com. I had send message too informing them that I will reach late. imagine, how insensitive that person was not even bothering about my safety at night. i am so so angry and disappointed. was thinking of filing an FIR.

Fraudulent hotel, I had paid the advance booking amount but at the last minute hotel person cancelled our booking and now not returning the advance amount paid also. The hotel staff has too much attitude and does not even know how to behave with the customer. Very pathetic

The way they are bluffing people, everything mentioned in reviews is a big fat lie, worst property and stay WiFi was the only stable thing

1. Had difficulty finding the property as there is no board at all-Ava the guy at the reception said “they don’t have permission to put a board”- eat dues that mean? 2. No hot water in the bathroom, have to fill warm water in buckets from common tub, very unhygienic 3. No AC working 4. Dirty rooms 5. Flush didn’t work, water logging in the bath area 6. No sufficient lighting and no two way switch, have to turn off lights at the foyer. 7. A huge window opening into the common area, if unseen you are in the room with a open window big enough for two ppl to simultaneously jump in 8. Nobody at the reception to communicate and no body answers the phone 9. Four breakfast the staff kept saying ten mins and it took more than 90 minutes for breakfast to get ready 10. Horrible experience and worst place I have ever stayed 11. None of the previous reviews reading the property matched even to 10%

Terrible experience. The room was in bad shape and dirty. So many dirty spots on the bed. the toilet nonsense!
