"Didn't enjoy our stay. Poor destination for skiers. Do not recommend."

Before arrival, we tried contacting the hotel to discuss details of our stay. No response to emails, no answer to phone calls, over several days. The hotel lists "Ski storage" as an included facility. On check-in, reception told us it is unavailable inside the hotel. We were directed to an unsecured cellar near the lift station with no boot heating. The nearest lift is ~850 meters uphill from the hotel. A shuttle runs one way only during limited hours and was not practical with small children. The lift itself only reaches Fiss - a second gondola is required to reach the ski area. Ladis is the smallest of the three villages, with very few restaurants or shops. Parking is 16 EUR/day per car.

Sehr nettes Personal! Super gelegen.

Sehr kleiner Pool, man konnte nicht schwimmen da sehr viele Kinder da waren und spielte . Daher hatte man auch keine Liege zum Liegen. Weiters waren die GetrΓ€nke und Snacks im Wellnessbereich aufgebraucht und leer.

Sehr gute Lage und NΓ€he der Talstation Ladis inkl. Shuttelservice und Skidepot ggΓΌ. der Talstation. Sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Ausstattung der Apartments mit der MΓΆglichkeit es auch mit HP zu buchen. Die MΓΆglichkeit nach dem Check out das Auto stehen zu lassen und Skifahren zu gehen sowie nach dem Skifahren zu duschen.

Es fallen zusΓ€tzliche Kosten fΓΌr Parkplatz von 8,-- bzw. 16 EUR an. Leitungswasser wird zum Abendessen mit EUR 4,50 (0,75 l) verrechnet was aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt ist.
