The room was newly remodeled, clean and otherwise ok.

The hotel is ok, but the room didn't have almost natural light. Breakfast was very Italian - nothing fresh (fruit or veggie)

The staff where exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food was some of the best we had on our 2 week tour.

It’s not a negative, the hotel was in the middle of a refurbishment, so there was a bit of ‘work in progress’, the rooms were very clean and well presented.

Everything I liked about the restaurant was really good food and friendly staff.

The rooms are still from the seventies and are small and uncomfortable beds, and there is a road next to it, so if you are sensitive to noise, beware.

The town is gorgeous, the dining at the restaurant was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The deli next door, superb. Staff were terrific. Room was a little small and a not great value for money but it was as we expected. We liked our stay.

The train station closes down in the summer. Not alot of information on how to travel. Staff did call us a taxi. Quite noisy at night as it is right on the main road.

Good location and easy parking. A quick drive away from Tirano and the Bernina Express station. Otherwise this is a no frills accommodation that has everything one needs but not more. Their restaurant features tasty local down to earth cuisine and we can highly recommend it.

there is relatively small underground carpark so for people traveling with big cars it can be challenging plus if location will be busy there not enough space to leave car in underground carpark
