Snídaně není nikterak rozmanitá, ale každý si vybere. Pokoj moc hezký a nádherný výhled na Opavu a skvělá poloha hotelu v centru. Při příští návštěvě hotel opět využiji.

Po příchodu na hotel v nočních hodinách již netekla teplá voda a nebylo možné se osprchovat. Ráno již voda opět tekla.

Extrem freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage. Zudem sehr sauber und der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Altstadt sehr schön.

Die Hitze im Zimmer bei den hohen Außentemperaturen.

Perfektní, vedle dalších věcí, byly i procedury check-in a check-out: Fungovaly automaticky, nijak neobtěžovaly a přesto jsem dostal od zaměstnanců i informace o dobrých místech, kde se najíst. Byl to prostě jeden z nejlepších hotelů, ve kterých jsem v poslední době spal.
