I had an absolutely amazing stay at Kivotos Hotel Mykonos! From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect: the warm welcome, the breathtaking views, and the luxurious atmosphere. My room was incredibly comfortable, stylish, and spotless, making me feel right at home. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy night of business. I can’t wait to come back, highly recommended!

The hotel and the facilities was very good. The staf was very helpful. The pool was big and clean. The restorant 'Namahh' was exellent and with resonable prices. The breakfast was very good with menu of choose not bufe like the other hotel. Recomendet to all will go again for sure.

I would like to bring to your attention that the rooms appear outdated and would benefit from renovation. During my stay in room 205, I also noticed a persistent smell of humidity.

All of the staff were so welcoming & friendly. We loved everything about this boutique hotel with its beautiful pool & seating areas, private beach, delicious restaurant. My husband loved the breakfast with its use of local ingredients & so many choices made fresh to order. It’s only 10 mins drive to the old port town.

Ik heb maanden van tevoren een kamer geboekt bij Kivotos Mykonos met de duidelijke verwachting, op basis van de foto’s en omschrijving, dat ik een gerenoveerde, moderne kamer zou krijgen. Bij aankomst bleek dit totaal niet te kloppen. De kamer had niets te maken met wat geadverteerd werd: oud, ongerenoveerd en absoluut niet zoals op de foto’s. Toen ik dit direct meldde, werd mij een alternatieve kamer aangeboden, maar ook die was van hetzelfde lage niveau. Tot overmaat van ramp heeft het hotel ná mijn aankomst de advertentie op Booking.com aangepast en er 2 foto’s van de oude kamers aan toegevoegd. Dit bevestigt voor mij dat er sprake is van bewust misleidende informatie. Omdat ik geen vertrouwen meer had in het verblijf en niet bereid was om tijdens mijn vakantie van kamer naar kamer te verhuizen, heb ik besloten hier niet te verblijven. Waarschuwing aan toekomstige gasten: laat je niet misleiden door de foto’s. De werkelijkheid komt absoluut niet overeen met wat dit hotel adverteert. Transparantie en eerlijkheid richting gasten ontbreken volledig. Ik heb inmiddels een klacht ingediend bij Booking.com en verzoek om volledige terugbetaling. Een vijfsterrenhotel dat op deze manier werkt, is wat mij betreft onacceptabel.

Excellent location , perfect pool and excellent service as well.

I think the owners should upgrade /fix the rooms to be more soundproof. From the internal toilet to the door, they should put some extra care there.
