The Bedding and blankets are not clean and are infested, causing all of us to have Scabies all over our bodies.

I have stayed at Aura more than a couple of times, and it is exceptional how accommodating the staff are. The location is great as it is just a minute's walk from Lulu Mall.

Cleaner rooms and toilets with better cleaning products. Regular maintenance of the ACs. Hygiene of all staff at all times. Better air-conditioned reception and common areas. Proper training for all staff.
