Nothing

There is no privacy within the property. The toilets were not cleaned properly. There were stains all around the toilet. Also I have confirmed that there were two guests but only provided one towel which wasn’t sufficient. The property is surrounded by people giving no privacy, it was very difficult even to open the door which had a balcony which face directly towards the road. they were several stains in the bed sheets. The property was confirmed with the parking slot, but upon arrival, there was no parking slot. The staff couldn’t speak Malayalam, not proper English, which made it extremely difficult for communication.

"Airport hostel"

Good place for a one night stay. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They also organise us a shuttle to the airport at 4 am.

"Handy airport hotel"

Very helpful staff, arranged a fab driver to take us to Munnar for only 3000 rupees. He stopped along the way to keep us entertained on the trip. Location is 2 or 3 minutes from the airport, so great for us as our flight landed at 10.40pm.

It's a little noisy with traffic, but that's no different to any other hotel in a busy area.
