Gems 9 Airport Hotel

Rooms and facilities are good according to price. AC and Wifi works very well. Also, airport is at distance of 7min by car. Good value for money

Don't use their airport taxi service, they didn't show up in time and I was about to miss flight because of that. I called Uber separately but they still charged me for taxi service eventhough, I didn't use it. Avoid their taxi service, you can easily get Uber there at cheap price even at 4am. Also, the night shift reception staff is very unprofessional.

The hotel and room was fine and clean. It is good for a Person taking a flight from kochi airport. The airport is at 5 minutes drive, or 15 minutes walk.

The room is slightly small but is managable.

Nothing

Front desk welcoming to misty rooom, congested room space, promised breakfast inclusion without any supporting facility, no help for transporting language and worst no lift, nightmare for seniors. I can write an essay but do not have time, just not recommending this hotel.

The staff was very kind, very helpful, patient and always responded to our questions/request. Always smiling. He helped us with baggage, taking up to room and taking down to taxi next morning. The location for us was great, we had a flight next morning.

The room was not clean. There was no toilet paper and only one towel (we had to ask for it). In the morning , when the time is running fast, there was not water at all. We call reception, this nice man turn the pomp on. Water came , unfortunately there was no hot water, so my friend did not have a shower. Lucky me , I had my shower before we went to sleep.

Cleanliness

There was no drinking water. No power adaptor to charge a mobile

Small cosy clean rooms.

No proper food facility. Charged 300 for 1km ride to the airport.
