INThe room itself was spacious, clean beds
We had booked the room one week prior for a stay on new years eve.. But one day prior to our stay, the hotel authorities called us and said that there are no rooms available for the particular dates and asked us to cancel the booking from our side.. When i argued why they are trying to cancel our booking, they had no answer. Later i called them again and this time they said the booking was confirmed.. I think they were trying to sell the room for a higher price as the demand was high.. It was highly irresponsible from their side
INThe overall ambience and staff friendliness was very good.
Breakfast options were very limited and for a stay lasting 4 days, I was quite fed up of eating the same dish over and over. Also during night time, staff response was quite delayed.
