Great Accomodation within walking distance to all tourist sites in Fort Cochin.Lots of places to eat close by.Comfortable clean air conditioned room.Lady in reception during the day,was very helpful.My best stay in Kerella.

Tiny room, no fan

The confirmation mail I got from booking. Com was including breakfast included, air-conditioning, towels etc.... I enquire reception to make sure breakfast, the staff from reception started shouting at me. He said it is all mentioned by booking. Com, go and ask booking. Com. He was so rude. I was ready to pay extra for adding breakfast but he remain with his arrogant attitude. I am not at all happy with his behavior. By value of money, property is good but with the attitude of staff I never suggest this property

The staff were hospitable and nice. They made my visit comfortable and I enjoyed staying there

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Fort Kochi. We appreciated the little extras like filtered water in the lobby. This is a budget hotel, so it's not fancy, but it's clean and very serviceable.

We didn't like the fact that all the rooms on every floor faced a central lobby. Every guest that came in was noisy and we heard all the racket, late into the night. Even in the middle of the night, the noise in the lobby woke me up. This was a design flaw, no fault of the staff. The other thing we didn't like was the AC faces the bed directly, so you have cold air blowing directly on you. Some people would like that, but it gave me a cold. When we were there, Feb 2024, the in-house restaurant was closed, which was a bit inconvenient. But since it's so centrally located, it was easy to find other places for breakfast.
