Roses Inn is very near the beach and the property is in walkable distance from the eateries and cafes in fort kochi. Rooms are small, but very clean and bathrooms are spotless clean.

There is no restaurant in the hotel and there is no breakfast facility.

the property is in a good location

- poor Wi-Fi - they didn’t clean the room despite leaving keys with instructions with the front desk - they gave no toiletries - no restaurant facility - rooms are too small even for a couple - didn’t even bother to refill water in the room
