Location was good... view was decent.

Well.... being right by the sea instead of fresh air feel it reminded you of the " hoarder's house" forgive me for being direct but I wish someone would have warned me about it. So much mismatched stuff crowding the hallways ...the smell of old stale building....the outdated showers and furniture. It is in dire need of renovation.
