firstly, this place will initiate a cancellation of your booking beforehand if you don't keep messaging them before about your check-in time, despite already confirming it in booking.com it's been the worst stay i have ever done. a pathetic, rude, and most shockingly RACIST(!!!) staff member, asking me to behave properly and not “like if it’s your own country” i rang the entrance bell, no answer at all. i eventually found the door code, only to discover she was literally right there at the desk the entire time. no greeting, no hospitality, she just brushed me off with “check in 3pm only.” mind you i had only arrived 15-20 minutes early. she said "you're only paying from 3pm onwards, so you can't come early." then says "you clearly don't give a shit and don't have basic manners. you can't behave like this is your country." the lady just absolutely hates her job and dealing with people, because from the moment i entered, she started giving me attitude and being rude about why i’m early. despite this, some other eastern european guests came early also (whose language she spoke) but she had NO problem serving them, and showing them their room. you can see other people's negative reviews about her as well. i genuinely hope she gets fired. heater in room was also not working and it was 5-10°C cold outside, so had to freeze while sleeping. raised a complaint with booking.com and this place denied any cooperation and compensation request. absolutely pathetic, third-class accommodation and i'll be telling my entire circle of friends and travellers never to stay here.

Great value for its money. Be ready for the hostel level experience.

Matrace byla velmi proleželá a nepohodlná
